Channeling Energy: Tap into Unlimited Energy Whenever You Need It

Access Unlimited Energy
Own your Power

Did you know that you have access to an  unlimited  source of energy that you can tap into at will anytime you need it? We are surrounded by an energy field that we can draw from as we need it. It is unfortunate that we can only seem to access it in cases of extreme threat and crisis.

You must have heard of tiny women miraculously being able to lift an extremely large and heavy object (like a car) to save their child. Or a person having to move the fridge to save it from a fire. When the crisis is over they are baffled by their incredible feat of strength and no matter how they try, they are unable to repeat it under normal circumstances.

Martial arts masters like Bruce Lee use this method to channel energy when they deliver a blow to an opponent or when they use it to deflect the energy of an opponent's blow against them. When

I am a 56 year old woman, 5 feet, 1.5 inches high, weighing 90 pounds, so people would cringe at the thought of allowing me to carry a full 5 gallon water container for any distance. I guess in their minds that would be inhuman and it would be best to "let a guy do it".  But whether you believe it or not, I have carried a full 5 gallon bottle of water up 3 flights of stairs without even breaking a sweat. Because I allow  energy to flow through me and not from me, this strenuous activity does not drain my energy at all.

Now before you start attempting to do stuff like this, understand that it does take some mental and energetic work to do this safely. Please do not get reckless. You can injure yourself if you are not properly in tune with your body. You don't have to build muscle mass and lift heavy weights to get there. You do have to intimately know your body, keeping your balance, your strongest and weakest muscles, and knowing how to read the signals when your body is telling you that you're doing it wrong and heeding its warning immediately. Buried deep in your subconscious is a profound knowing about this power.

If you truly want to work on this, don't let vanity drive you. Vanity will push you into taking dangerous shortcuts for the sake of showing off. Be driven by respect and understanding for the incredible body you have so you can harness its power when extraordinary strength is  needed to get through your daily life.

Now don't think for one moment that channeling energy is only about charging your body with incredible strength. It is about channeling energy to supercharge anything around you, including your environment with synergy; your thoughts and desires with its manifestation; your loved ones with the help they need; your pets and plants with health; and yes, your body with strength, intellect and healing.

The operative words here are channeling and flow. Channeling is connecting to an energy source and focusing it's direction. You therefore act as a conduit like a wire acts as a conductor of electricity from the source to an outlet. Flow allows the free movement of energy from source to its intended destination like water flows from an elevated source through a channel (rivers or streams) to the sea.

Energy is everywhere and in everything. Our body has its own stored energy and we can use this energy to do work. When we tap this energy, we find we are drained at the end of the day. When we tap energy from the field, we will find that we never run out of energy even at the end of a day spent doing strenuous work because we did not exhaust our stored energy. We allowed energy to flow in at the same time it flows out. We used our body as a channel directing energy wherever it's needed as it is needed.

The body is a natural energy channel. Even without being aware of it, we are constantly channeling energy throughout the day. But when we don't synchronize our systems we keep leaking out energy into places that don't need it or in places where it becomes destructive or self-defeating (like slamming on the brakes while flooring the accelerator), so we use way more energy than we need to.

For instance, if we have to carry a 5 gallon bottle of drinking water up 3 flights of stairs, we are thinking how hard it's going to be; how weak we are; how skinny we are; how someone else should be doing this. All these thoughts are using up so much energy; sending it where it isn't needed and creating circumstances that make the task ever more difficult. At this point when you try to pick up that bottle you will find that all of your thoughts have become real which brings you through another loop of debilitating thoughts.

Your thoughts are both the switch and connection to energy. Focus your thoughts. Allow only thoughts that get the task done, nothing else. Once it is in that thinking mode your body will draw as much energy as it needs to get it done. Remember to keep breathing deeply and rhythmically. Breathe is critical to keep energy in free flow. Sometimes it helps to set an intention or visualize yourself doing what you are intending to do or focus on any thoughts of success. Whatever works for you. You will feel an energy surge through your body and things around you will begin to cooperate with your intention. Things get lighter, time compresses. It will be done in no time.

Do not attempt to do this if you are entertaining doubts in your mind. Or if you are fearful of injury or you are around people who are expressing their doubts or fears for injury. These are all opposing energies that compromise your safety.

As mentioned earlier, you can channel energy for healing wounds or illnesses. You can tap into the field for extra energy for an all-night dance party, for a workout or for meeting work deadlines. You can use channeled energy for shaping your body, rejuvenating your aging cells, shrinking a tumor and so much more.

Universal life force energy is both intelligent and compassionate. It transforms as you direct it and it will only serve the highest good of all. It will serve your needs but it will never harm. It will either flow or it won't. When it flows, it heals illness, it brings back youthfulness, corrects defects, it carries insight and helpful ideas, it creates synchronicities, it can even rearrange the universe to deliver your desires. For as long as it flows it will work for your highest good.

Negative emotions trapped in our body blocks the flow of life force energy. Emotions like anger, fear, despair and hatred that is locked in the body, will keep this vital energy from flowing. It is important to feel your emotions as they come up but we must always make sure to release it, once it has run its course. Allowing emotions to flow through us allows us to act as a clear channel for vital energy. If you are reliving emotions from an event over and over again over months or years, this can lead to energy blocks that will cut off the flow of life force energy. This will in turn leave you vulnerable to disease,  and general dissonance in your life. We will discuss in future posts how to free ourselves from stuck emotions so you can live in the flow.

Your body innately knows how to channel vital energy. Children mostly live in the flow. They are tapped into the infinite energy source that is why they never seem to run out of energy and when it's time for bed they just can easily transition into sleep very easily unless they have had sugary snacks, stimulants or have been overly stimulated right before their bedtime. This will require some time for them to dial down the energy levels. Children also heal and recover from emotional outbursts very quickly. We can also gain insight from children's breathing pattern which is conducive to allowing flow.

Over time, a person inadvertently picks up programs of over cautiousness, fearfulness, gender and age conditioning with all the "shouldn't" rules, which can all make you believe that some things are no longer possible or are inappropriate for your age, gender or physical build.  You, as an adult, can reawaken this ability. Your body already knows how. All that is needed is to relearn the same mental focus and adventurousness you once had as a child.

Begin to tap into the unlimited source of life force energy all over again so you can live a life of health and total empowerment. You have in you, everything you need to do it.

Your Body's Astounding Intelligence

Your Body's Astounding Intelligence
The Body's Intelligence

Let's get intimate with the astounding intelligence of your body.

You may not remember the time when your body was a single cell, a newly fertilized ova in your mother's body. At the point of fertilization your body received the full design blueprint and can then proceed to assemble your body into your first phase of being. The single cell, which is a design collaboration between your mother's and father's DNA, knew exactly how to proceed with the assembly process creating tissues, organs, bones and blood vessels with clockwork precision. Mistakes happen but they are rare. All of the 7.9 billion people on earth underwent the same intricate process yet each one designed with individually unique features. Each one a product of DNA matched and filtered from ancestors reaching far back into millennia.

The moment of conception when our blueprint is set, our body locks into a profound awareness of self. From that point on, it will make a distinction between self and not self. Anything that is not self will not be allowed to penetrate the system of self unless it establishes a collaborative relationship with the self. While in the womb a placenta develops around us to keep our mother's blood separate from our own. Even our mother's blood cannot violate the sanctity of our self and our blood cannot breach that of our mother's. Our cell's outer membrane has self receptors that recognize and retain full memory of the self. Even after all our cells have died and been replaced with new ones, our body is still able to fully remember the self. It is able to maintain and identity continuum throughout life, except when afflicted with degenerative brain diseases like Alzheimer's.

At around 21 days after fertilization, our heart starts beating and will continue to do so until the day we die. We take our first breath almost immediately upon being delivered out of the womb and likewise continue to do so for as long as we live. We never had to concern ourselves with breathing or pumping blood throughout our body. The body takes care of that for us. It also takes care of digesting the food we eat, distributes nutrition and oxygen, and prepares us for fight or flight. It lubricates, inflates, deflates, secretes, excretes, heats up, cools down, filters, releases, stores, burns, dilates, contracts and controls so many other processes in response to what you've done and in anticipation of what you are about to do. It does all of this purely on its own inherent genius.

Most people think that our brain resides inside our skull but the truth is we also have fully autonomous brains in our heart and our gut. Each brain is responsible for separate functions but all of them communicate with each other. Each brain can independently store their own set of memories. It has been documented that many organ transplant patients acquire memories and preferences from their organ donor (especially the heart). In a video, Greg Braden relates the story of one such transplant patient. This young girl, who through a recurring dream,  was able to describe how her heart donor was murdered. She was even able to describe the murderer's appearance and his last words to her. This led to his eventual arrest. All this happened because the heart that she received still carried the memories of her donor.

A most intriguing feature in our brain is known as mirror neurons. We have these neurons dedicated to detecting, codifying, and replicating relevant expressions and gestures of other people in our field. Since we have evolved as highly social beings this is a very useful tool for navigating through our social world. We routinely scan people to discern their state or disposition and without realizing it, we mirror back to them what we pick up from them and they to us. This is why moods seem to be contagious. The wonderful thing about these neurons is we can use it to hack the moods of people and ultimately our own. Unless someone is a psychopath (who would tend to lack these neurons), everyone else has them. So instead of simply reacting to people's mood, we can opt to sway them. When we sense a negative mood, a smile is usually enough to lighten it. If you are up to it at the moment, giving that person a space to express feelings can ease so much tension. Doing something nice for other people, especially those we value dearly, is really good for our own well-being. Due mainly to these neurons, we derive deep pleasure from watching the pleasure of others. Their pleasure is mirrored identically in our brains. The happier they are the happier we become.

For as long as the body is healthy, it will maintain only a healthy level of blood sugar. The body will always retain some sugar in the blood as a source of quick energy. But whenever our blood sugar spikes the body will send an alarm to the pancreas to release insulin to eliminate the excess sugar in the blood. High levels of blood sugar can be very harmful that's why the body cleans out the excess immediately. The body can tolerate occasional spikes in blood sugar without any major problems. When these spikes in sugar levels become chronic, the body will keep converting the excess sugar into fat cells and store it. Also, the organs involved get fatigued and will no longer be able to clean out the system.  This is the onset of obesity and diabetes. To avoid this condition it is best to be mindful of our sugar intake. Sugar can be addictive. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

The digestive system processes the food we eat, filtering out parts that we cannot use. It will induce a vomit response and/ or diarrhea when we eat anything toxic to purge the body of harmful toxins as quickly as possible. Again it should be emphasized here that trying to "cure" nausea or diarrhea will make it harder for your body to rid itself of toxins or pathogens. You can help the body by allowing it to purge naturally. Drink plenty of fluids to facilitate the flushing process. When you feel the urge to throw up, allow the body to let it all out, to minimize any toxin damage. The body is working to save you from the potential harm it has detected.

Our body will slow down our metabolism in anticipation of a lack of food. It will build up fat tissue to keep you warmer during the colder months and shed them as the climate gets warmer.

The immune system is constantly on the prowl for harmful invaders ready to respond in real time. Our body will maintain its temperature at a constant range of 36.4 - 37.2° C (97.5 - 98.9 °F) unless it is battling an infection, during which it will raise the temperature above the normal range. We get a fever (a spike in body temperature) as an immune response to infections. The body produces more heat to slow down the pathogen's reproduction rate. Pathogens (organisms that cause disease) typically have difficulty propagating in higher temperatures. Part of the body's strategy is to curb the increase of harmful microbes so it can track and arrest the weakened invaders before the body is overwhelmed by its growing numbers. There is no need to "cure" a fever with antipyretic medication unless you are prone to convulsions (only 5% are at risk). In fact, forcing your body temperature down with medication only makes it harder for the body to fight infection. When you have a fever, it is best to get bed rest, keep the head area cool. Hydrate profusely and eat light, but do allow your body to heat up until the body has the infection under control. The fever will break on its own, once it has served its purpose. When you sense that the infection is

Our body does everything in its power to protect us from harm or even death. And it has incredible powers when we know how to work with it. It will self-regulate so masterfully according to the needs of the moment.

When threatened with trauma, starvation or the inability to breathe the body has a brilliant crisis protocol. It will drastically change its normal functioning to make sure that the extremely low supply of blood, nutrients, calories or oxygen will be reserved only for the vital functions. Only the functions that are absolutely critical to maintain life will be supported. It will destroy all cells that are damaged or cannot directly support life. The body will shut down non-critical systems to preserve life as long as possible. It will focus and streamline all its efforts into one last valiant attempt to survive. Once the body has cleared the life threatening phase, it will magically begin the process of rebuilding itself.

I find it really sad how some people treat their body like an enemy. They view it with contempt, putting it through unnecessary stresses and alterations. Beating it into shape, binding, poisoning and depriving it into submission. And when the body does not respond in the way they expected they punish it even more. Our bodies have served us (or have tried to serve us) with unwavering persistence and diligence from the moment of our conception without any prompting. If you haven't done so lately, take a full minute to give your body the appreciation it truly deserves.  It's time to make friends with our body and learn to harness its remarkable innate genius. The body's brilliant design has behind it millennia worth of experience navigating the planet serving as a vessel for us transiting souls.

When we understand the intricacies of our body, we can use body hacks to heal and supercharge its protective mechanisms so we can live happier, healthier lives. We will discuss 4 body hacks briefly here and dive deeper into each individual practice in dedicated articles.

Body Hack # 1 - The Placebo Effect

The placebo effect is healing through belief. Very simply put, you can heal the body completely by believing it will heal. The deeper a person's  belief, the more profound the healing. The healing effect becomes even more powerful when more people share the same belief or when a recognized "authority" endorses the healing modality, even without any basis. This hack can work for anything from minor headaches to stage 4 cancer.

Body Hack # 2 - Earthing/ Grounding

Earthing or grounding is using direct contact of our skin to the surface of the earth to heal the body. Because the surface of Planet Earth carries a negative charge, the entire planet acts like one giant antioxidant and our body's direct contact with the earth can correct so many health issues, especially those caused by inflammation. Spending at least 20 minutes a day with your bare skin in contact with the earth can greatly improve your health and well being. Take every opportunity to walk barefooted. This is the most common form of grounding. You can immediately feel a vast improvement in your health and well being immediately.

Body Hack # 3 - Fasting

Fasting is the practice of abstaining from eating for a short or long period. As mentioned above, our body's crisis response triggers an amazing process of streamlining its use of scarce resources. It seems counterintuitive to starve the body when it is ill, but in reality it results in modulation of disrupted body functions and remarkable healing. Intermittent fasting (no eating for 12-18 hours a day) regularly does wonders for maintaining health. While fasting for a minimum of 14 days straight is used to correct conditions like diabetes, hypertension and many other chronic problems. Make sure that you have professional supervision when attempting to do long term or more extreme methods of fasting. There are many things to keep in mind to get the full benefits of fasting.

Body Hack # 4 - Hyperventilation and Breath Hold Techniques

Like fasting, certain breathing techniques can trigger the crisis response that in turn results in wonderful changes in the body. Breathing deeply and rapidly for extended periods of time then holding the breath past the point of ease will put the body under such stress. The immediate effects can get very frightening at times because it feels like you are about to pass out. With proper coaching, that feeling of panic will disappear as you learn to find comfort in the extreme discomfort. Over time the body will be primed for peak performance. If you want to try this, enlist the help of a breathwork practitioner to learn how to do this properly to avoid any harm or injury.  You will experience improvements in your health within a few days of starting a breathing practice

Blow your Mind: Unlock the Power of your Thoughts

Unlocking the Power of your Thoughts
Unlocking the Power of your Thoughts

Heart-brain coherence is a physical state that actually allows miracles to happen in our lives. A growing body of scientific evidence supports the claims made by countless books that say we can attract the things we want by using various visualization techniques.

Books like "The Secret'' by Ronda Byrne, "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill and "The Law of Attraction" by Esther and Jerry Hicks, all discuss how using our thoughts, feelings, attitudes and intuition can attract to us the things we want. We have all heard one version or another of the law of attraction and I am sure we have also tried using it with varying degrees of dedication. Intuitively it sounds right. When we have a clear vision of what we want and we are feeling the bliss of already having what we want, it's only a matter of time before we have it. We have some vague memory of this actually happening at some point in our past, but somehow getting ourselves back to that sweet spot is at best iffy. Eventually we just give it up. When life happens we revert back to the thinking patterns that have been hardwired in our neurons.

People like Joe Dispenza and organizations like the HeartMath Institute and the Institute of Noetic Sciences, have been working on the same thing, only they use science more extensively to measure and document this phenomenon in action. Before going into the technology behind "miraculous" events like spontaneous healing, synchronicities, manifesting things, it is important to wrap your head around several vital concepts.

To provide you with an organized framework of understanding, let's tackle these concepts using the 7 Hermetic Principles.

1. The Principle of Mentalism

"The All is Mind; the Universe is Mental."[4]

All is mind. Everything we experience as real, always and only happens mentally in our mind. How do we know anything exists? We see it with our eyes, or hear it with our ears, or smell it with our nose, or taste it in our mouth, or feel it in our body. Imagine taking away each of the senses we have.  Now how would we experience reality around us?

When dreaming, we experience things exactly as we do when we are awake and we are rarely aware that we are dreaming. How can we tell reality apart from our dreams? Are dreams real then? We are so used to thinking that things happen out there that we almost never realize that we experience everything solely in our minds. The amazing thing is that our body cannot distinguish the difference between a thought (dreams or imagination) and an actual experience. If we start thinking about losing our job and being homeless, your body will begin to produce cortisol (the stress hormone), our breathing will become shallow and we may begin to sweat, even if at that exact moment we are sitting in our living room with our feet up,  holding a glass of iced tea.  Likewise, if we imagine being intimate with someone whowe are really attracted to, our body will begin to experience arousal even if we are lying alone on our bed. If an athlete mentally rehearses a race in his mind, all his neurons and muscles will fire as if he is actually running that race, even if he is laid back in a recliner.

Realize what is happening here. The athlete who does mental rehearsals is in effect memorizing how to win a race before he even runs it. The man who worries about losing a job is memorizing what a dreadful life is like. What we do in our minds habitually wire certain automatic responses in our bodies. Over time, it becomes our subconscious programs that run in the background without our awareness. Mental rehearsals actually improve an athlete's physical performance by codifying in the body the perfect execution of an athletic process. So can you guess what happens in your body when you do mental rehearsals of worst case scenarios in your life? And it doesn't matter at all what is happening out there. How you think about what's happening out there is ultimately what determines how your body will respond.

2. The Principle of Correspondence

"As above, so below; as below, so above.” [...] This principle embodies the truth that there is always a correspondence between the laws and phenomena of the various planes of being and life.[5]

As above, so below. As within, so without. There is a correspondence between the microcosm (smaller part of a whole) the macrocosm (the whole made up of its smaller parts). As with the atoms, that are made of parts rotating around its center, organisms are made of cells, organisms make up groups, groups make up countries, countries make up the planets, planets make up the solar system and so forth. What happens with the little happens with the large. Everything is reflected in everything else. We are all connected with everything and everyone else. Everything that happens creates a ripple effect throughout the entire system. Likewise all information in the universe is available within the tiniest particle.

We can use this principle as a guidance system. Look at everything in your life. You will find that it is always a match with what's happening within. The world mirrors to us exactly what is going on with us emotionally and mentally. A great way to find out what we cannot forgive in ourselves, is to review what we cannot forgive in others. Look at the people you despise (or dislike) and you will find that what you hate (or judge harshly) in others is something you are struggling with yourself.

We are responsible for everything that shows up in our field and when we accept that, we can begin to change things from within. We can start with our thoughts. As mentioned earlier, we want to be mindful of what we think because that will determine the body's experience. It is with our body that we affect our physical world. The words we express, the actions we take, a smile, an aggressive gesture and pretty much anything we do affects what is out there and what eventually shows up for us in our world. Ultimately, the seed of all our actions and reactions lie in either a thought we are having at the moment or a programmed response hardwired into our brain.

3. The Principle of Vibration

"Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates."[6]

Everything is vibration because everything is energy. Material things look solid to us. We can feel it resist our touch and it seems to block us from moving through it quite unlike empty space in which we can move through very easily. But what scientists have discovered is, if we magnify matter to view it at the atomic level we find there is so much space between the parts of the individual atom. And even the parts of the atom are not solid but appear to be vibrating strings of energy.

We can change the world in subtle ways through the energy frequency we generate. Every thought and emotion carries with it a frequency that likewise determines what can show up for us in the material.

The things we see as material have material density. Once something exists on a material plane it is harder to change or manipulate. Everything else exists as waves of possibility in a field of energy (quantum field). This field is where magic happens. Both our heart and our brain each have an electromagnetic field that interacts with the quantum field. When the frequency of the heart and the brain are coherent (vibrating in unison at the same frequency) this is when we are able to sway the field in our favor. It is in this state, (heart-brain coherence) that the body can rapidly heal itself and influence other people and the environment on an energetic level. Everything that is in material form was first created in its energetic state. Through intention, attention and emotion, we collapse the waves of possibility into solid matter.

4. The Principle of Polarity

"Everything is dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled."[7]

This is a very tricky principle, which often has us fighting with our own reflection. Concepts like good and evil, dark and light, hot and cold are polar opposites of the same thing if you are able view it from a higher perspective. Good can come from evil and evil can come from good. The greatest act of heroism and sacrifice is often inspired by the most evil act of oppression. One is only provoked into his utmost daring when he is threatened with a most tragic loss. And a man can commit a most heinous crime because of love.

When we wish that we never have to suffer from the loss of a beloved, we don't realize that our suffering is great only because the relationship we had was profoundly wonderful. All beautiful relationships carry with it the potential pain of loss. You cannot have one without the other.

We spend a great deal of our energy trying to stay "safe". We have even heard of women opting for a total mastectomy so they can avoid getting breast cancer. Clearly we can go overboard pushing away one thing only to arrive at the same dreaded thing in a disguised form.

This principle reveals a truth that hides in plain sight. That which we push away the hardest holds to its bosom that which we long for the most. To reach our most cherished dream we must surrender to lessons our most terrifying nightmare.

5. The Principle of Rhythm

"Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates."[8]

All things move in rhythmic cycles. The breath has an in cycle and an out cycle. The earth has rotation (day/ night), revolution (seasonal), and precession cycles. The moon follows its own rhythm which affects the tides and our moods. Our bodies follow a circadian rhythm which controls our sleeping, waking, and digestive cycles. Each cycle has inherent energies embedded in them. Working within cycles allows us to harness the natural flow of energy within that cycle while disrupting them in midstream requires us to expend much of our energy.

Once a cycle has started it is best to simply flow with it until it reaches its natural resting point. This is sometimes called the void or zero-point or liminal space. This is where magic can be most potent. When there are things we want to change in our life, we can use this point to catapult us in a new direction. Natural cycles tend to have more thrust than man made ones.

When in a particularly bad mood, you can use the breath cycle to shift your emotional state. Take a few very deep and deliberate breaths, then hold it right before or right after the inhale. Mark that as the shifting point. Then observe your mood change as you take the next breath cycle. You never have to worry about having a bad day, because there is always a reset button you can use right before or right after sleep.

You can use any of the cycles for this. Use the energies of circadian, lunar, astrological, seasonal cycles to propel you through any intended change. Find the zero point where you can clear out all the stale energy and infuse the new cycle with fresh vitality.

6. The Principle of Cause and Effect

"Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause; everything happens according to law; chance is but a name for law not recognized; there are many planes of causation, but nothing escapes the law."[9]

Everything that happened in your life is bound by a universal law. Every action has an inevitable consequence. It is inextricably bound to its effect. There is no escaping the law.

We create our reality. That is inescapable. And although it would be so wonderful to be able to blame someone else for all the bad things that happen to us, the buck will inevitably stop with us.

So many people are caught in the trap of knowing with unfaltering precision the outcome of some event. Some would scream at their kids, "Stop that. You're going to fall and break your leg." Some would say "I never win at raffles." or "Something bad always happens to my stomach when I eat shrimp." Then when it happens they say, "I knew it!" or "I told you so!". Without realizing it they are caught in the loop of a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Your thoughts in themselves carry a particular frequency. If it remains a thought it will have a subtle effect in the field. If we speak of it out loud it carries more force. When other people hear it, that changes the field even more powerfully because now the people who heard what you said are recreating your thoughts in their head. That convinces the speaker beyond any doubt that they can predict exactly what will happen.

What they don't understand is that they can predict the exact opposite thing with the same unwavering conviction and also be right. So there are some people who expect the very worst outcome and are always right and some people who expect the best outcome and are also always right. So which would you rather be right about? Henry Ford said, “Think you can, think you can't; either way you'll be right.” We also must always remember to be mindful of what we say and who we say it to. Other people's minds are very fertile grounds as well but we cannot control what they create. If we are careless about our open verbal declarations, we may unwittingly create through others, resistance or distortions to our own creations.

What we think, say and feel, is the foundation of our reality. If we don't like what is in our reality then we should backtrack to see what we thought, said and felt to create it and make the necessary adjustments.

7. The Principle of Gender

"Gender is in everything; everything has its masculine and feminine principles; gender manifests on all planes."[10]

Everything inherently has a male and a female side. Our brain has a feminine (right) and masculine (left) side. Every yin has a yang. Matter has antimatter.

In everything, there is a force and a counterforce to balance it out. Even physics recognizes that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Everything will seek equilibrium. When we push hard against something, it will always push back as hard. Conversely, if we want something powerful in our lives to disappear, the fastest way to get rid of it is to withdraw all our focus and attention from it. Oftentimes, what gives so much power to the things we loathe is our own stubborn resistance to it. Everything in our life will find its balance. We should take care that we are not causing the imbalance.

Using the Principles in the Creative Process

Now we finally get to integrate all these principles into our creative process.

Creation begins in the mind. We use our thoughts and imagination to create what we want. That should be simple enough. Think about one thing you really want. If you don’t already have it, imagine that you already have this thing. Imagine using it, smelling it, feeling it in your hands. Mentally rehearse what it would be like to have it. If you can see it in your mind and feel it in your body, it has to be real.

Now pay attention to your emotions while you imagine the thing. Do you feel good? Are you excited? Happy? If you are, that's great. You basically want to get your brain and heart at their highest frequencies to get the best result. You can use a recording of binaural beats to entrain your brain to the desired frequency. To entrain the heart, you can do a Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) meditation to get yourself in the proper heart space. You can find many available online. Ideally you want your heart and brain in sync at the same time as you are rehearsing what it's like to have what you desire. Whether it is healing from a serious disease, finding a life partner, landing a dream job or anything else you might fancy.

You want to focus all your attention and energy internally; to disengage from the outside world and all identification with  it. Let go of what has been and replace it with a memory of your desired future. Clear it of any snags from the past that has kept it away from you. The present moment is the only portal to all possible futures. What you create within will be mirrored outside.

If you're really serious about this you can use a biofeedback device available online that lets you know your current brain and/ or heart frequency and if you have achieved your frequency goals.

Think of your mind as a transmitter (the masculine push) and your heart as a receiver (the feminine pull) working in harmony. When their frequencies are resonant, together they create a bigger wave. If their frequencies are dissonant they will cancel each other out.

Practice this first thing in the morning or right before you go to bed. Until it shows up for you. Use the cycles in your work. Use the breath, as this is a very short cycle which you can continually reset within a short span of time. Then ride the cycle through the shift you are wanting to make.

After you are done rehearsing. Go on with your day. Drop all worry or doubt that it might not happen. Do not keep trying to guess or map out in your mind how it's going to happen for you. By doing this, you are creating more complications and conditions that will only slow down the process.

Stay open to anything that shows up for you. What might seem like a great setback or a major disappointment might really carry with it,  a key to getting what you want. Delays or sudden changes in schedules may really just be aligning you with the perfect timing at which moment all the necessary segments converge at a single point to deliver exactly what you want. A person whom you can't stand, might actually be the person who will set you up with the right contacts. You will never know, unless you set aside your biases and preconceived notions.

Just know in your heart that the simplest and most direct path to precisely what you want exists as a wave of possibility in the field,  and even if you can't see it or don't know what it will take to happen, it can and will happen. As long as you put it out there, things will begin to align accurately until your desire finds you. Leave a space for magic to happen and trust that you are supported.

Scientific studies by Dr. Dispenza, the HeartMath Institute and several other groups have shown that a very important part of the "creation" process discussed here is the state of heart-brain coherence. It has been observed repeatedly that it is in this measured state where individuals (wired to biofeedback devices) are able to create profound changes in their lives. Of course, what is most immediately observable during the sessions is the remarkable changes in the body which include clearing of allergies and other physical symptoms of chronic diseases. Participants who are monitored closely after the sessions report other amazing changes as their lives progress. This is only what happens on an individual level. In a future post we will look at what happens when groups of people in a coherent state converge in a single place at the same time.
